Delivery & Ordering

When will I receive my order?

The processing of your order takes 1 hour from the day of validation. We manufacture and ship the paintings from our American factories and we want to emphasize that we will do our best to make sure that your order arrives as soon as possible. Working with specialized carriers, if you live in Europe, you will be delivered in 4 to 7 days for framed paintings, and 10 to 15 days for paintings.

How much does delivery cost?

The delivery is free! However you can opt for a Transport Insurance at 2,95$, this one covers you in case of loss or theft.

I did not receive my order?

With our secure delivery, Splash of Arts will take care of any disputes for you. Customer satisfaction is our priority. We take full responsibility for all our shipments. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of purchase, you have the right to request a refund or return of your order at our expense. Please note that the tracking number of the post office is proof of the reception or not of your package.

Cancellation & Return

Can I change my order?

As far as cancellation is concerned, you are free to cancel your order if it has not yet been processed, i.e. 12 hour after the time of validation of your order.
Indeed, the processing of our orders is done in an automatic way via a software allowing us to manufacture and dispatch your orders as quickly as possible.

How can I return an order?
